Lili is a late bloomer; she started pole dancing in her early thirties. What started out as a trial class had quickly blossomed into an obsession. Through pole dancing she also found her love for fitness and strength training, which quickly became her passion.
She pursued her Diploma of Fitness qualification in 2012. She has been teaching pole dancing for well over 6 years now.
She has a strong work ethic and passion for all things pole, aerial and fitness. She loves nothing more than being surrounded by her dedicated students and seeing their continuous progressions throughout their pole and aerial journey.
Lili keeps herself busy within the pole community; all these years she fulfilled her personal ambition to compete in pole, both at a state and national level:
Victorian Pole Championship, Australian Pole Championhip and Miss Pole Dance Victoria (in Doubles division) and
in 2014, 2015 & 2016 she was part of judging panel for the Victorian Pole Championship.
In 2015, in less than a year after the birth of her second child she fulfilled her ambition to compete in her first bodybuilding competition- she placed 4th in the Figure Masters division.
In 2017, after quite a few years break from pole competition she decided to get back into it and tried out for Pole Championship Series (PCS) Masters Division during Arnold Sports festival and took 1st place and 2nd place in 2018.
Kate started pole dancing back in 2012 where she had Lili as her instructor. She’d heard it was a good way to gain build some strength and she hoped she might meet some new friends along the way. She had no idea that it would completely change her life for the better! Twenty kilograms less, a circle of friends she considers family, and a sense of self-confidence she’d never known before – pole was the key to it all! Kate comes from a background in education and is a versatile, experienced teacher.
She loves teaching beginner pole where she can share in the excitement of watching a student achieve their first climb or invert. She encourages everyone who’s ever considered pole not to put it off anymore, “No matter how unfit, uncoordinated or any other excuse you find, we will make it work and you just might fall back in love with yourself along the way.”
Kat is a contemporary dancer and circus artist from the Dandenong Ranges, Melbourne. She started dancing at age 4 and studied classical ballet until she was a teenager. Kat went on to major in Contemporary Dance at Deakin University and has been teaching and performing aerials, dance and hula hoops for years but her biggest love is Lyra (aerial hoop).
Kat is a seasoned performer in Australia and Internationally she has previously traveled to New York and Java for dance work and here at home performs in theatres, bars and at festivals across Victoria. Kat often performs doubles Lyra with Amy O’Sullivan. They have recently competed in the National Finals for Miss Lyra Australia after coming second in Victoria.
Crystal has been active on competition stage for the last few years and instructing /coaching for over 3 years. With a background in dancing, Crystal took to the pole in late 2010 and has never looked back, having long admired the combination of strength, gymnastic, dance, flexibility and acrobatic aspects of the sport. Crystal’s class is passionate, welcoming, informative and performance focused.
