Our courses are designed to allow students to progress safely. Our classes are kept small (max 6 in a class).
Why? Because we believe in quality coaching and 6 students in class is the maximum capacity for coaches to be able to optimally dedicate  their attention to students.  

Our courses run for a 12-week term.
